RETURN POLICY

While we are easy to work with and want you, our customer, to be happy please review our return and refund policy before making a purchase. All returns will be assessed on the condition of damage.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, all major credit cards and Paypal.

 

Stock Item

If your product is a stock item, we accept approved returns within 10 days if the item: (1) Item has not been unpackaged and in all new packaging. (2) Has not been burned or used. (3) Is returned in perfectly new condition. (4) Wrong product orders can be exchanged with permission for correct product. Shipping will not be refunded.

 

Shipping Information

Approved returns can be returned by any insured carrier or dropped off in person at our location. No items will be refunded that are returned without approval. Customer is responsible for all shipping and ship costs. All claims for any shipping damage is the customers responsibility.
