Damaged Products:

If any products are damaged during shipping, please reach out to mkcandles21@gmail.com with a photo of the damage to arrange a replacement. 

Lost Package:

If your package is lost, please contact your local post office. If they cannot locate the package, reach out to us via mkcandles21@gmail.com.

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, we will reship the package but at the expense of the buyer.
